Piper Sales is a division of Tec-Line Marketing Inc. and is a privately owned company.The company was incorporated in 1983 and registered in Canada the same year. Piper Sales Classifieds is a Kenora, Ontario based website, initiated and formed in December 2002.

Over the past 20 years, Tec-Line Marketing Inc. has been involved in the marketing and distribution of several successful products in the consumer and telecommunications markets.
